General Appointments

General appointments can be made in person at the practice or over the telephone.
As a practice we believe in prevention, and encourage patients to attend regularly for their appointments.

Urgent Treatment

This is treatment that is necessary to relieve pain or prevent your oral condition deteriorating before you can make a routine appointment.
During opening hours we offer a small number of emergency appointments.
Please ring 01751 477774 before 10.00am to request an appointment.  
Outside of opening hours please ring 01482335523.

Cancelling Appointments

We would appreciate it if you are unable to attend your appointment, to let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to another patient. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, if not, your appointment will be logged as a short notice cancellation.  We advise you that we only allow 2 short notice cancellations before you run the risk of losing your registration with us.
Hygienist appointments are booked on a private basis, and we would require 48 hours notice.  Failure to give us advance warning for the a hygienist appointment would incur a charge.  

Failed to Attend Appointments

If appointments are missed on 2 occasions, you run the risk of losing your registration with us.
