Dr Isobel Greenstreet graduated from Newcastle Dental School in 1991. She worked in London until moving to the area in 1998 where she was employed in York. Since purchasing the practice from Mr and Mrs Watkinson in 2003, Dr Greenstreet has expanded the practice to accommodate more patients and staff. The new flagship Dental Practice, funded solely by Dr Greenstreet, was completed in March 2011. This is a purpose built Dental Practice, complete with new, and up-to-date equipment and facilities for both patients and staff.
Dr Greenstreet also sits on the Local Dental Committee.
She has completed the Faculty of General Dental Appraisal course, and is on the list of mentors for the region.
Dr Greenstreet has been a Trainer for Foundation dentists since 2005. The whole dental team have been involved in the training scheme. As a result, the Practice is always up-to-date with the latest policy and procedures and striving to ensure best practice at all times.
Dr Greenstreet has completed extensive training in restorative dentistry. She is also interested in cosmetic dentistry.
As a mother with four children, she is well equipped to treat children in a relaxed and friendly environment. Dr Greenstreet treats both NHS and private patients.

Dr R. Green BChD (2006,Leeds)MJDF (2006) - AssociateGDC Registration Number 104126 Dr Rachel Green qualified in Leeds in 2006. Since then, she has worked at the practice as an associate and enjoys providing both NHS and Private treatment for patients of all ages. She completed her MJDJ qualification with the Royal College of Surgeons in 2014. Outside of work, Rachel has a young daughter and enjoys spending time with her family. Shel likes to keep fit and has recently taken part in the Great North Run and Swim. |

Dr Christine Parker is an experienced dentist who offers only private treatment. She is passionate about dentistry and has an interest in cosmetic dentistry and non surgical facial rejuvenation. Dr Parker enjoys enabling patients to attain their best possible oral health, with a focus on prevention. |

Dr Nicola Garner - Associate - BDS (Newcastle 2008)GDC Registration Number 150282 Dr Nicola Garner grew up on a farm near Bedale and went to school just outside Thirsk. After graduating from Newcastle Dental School in 2008, she worked in Boroughbridge for a year then at a practice in Cambridge. Nicola and her husband returned to North Yorkshire to start a family whilst continuing to work in Northallerton. After taking maternity leave, Nicola started work at Pickering Dental Health Practice where she looks forward to continuing her dental career. Nicola treats both NHS and private patients, and particularly enjoys treating children and anxious patients. |

After working in Stokesley for a year, Andrew took a post in the Maxillofacial Surgery department at York District Hospital. He joined PDHP in September 2013 and has an interest in Oral Surgery. Mrs Alison Beck (QDN) - Practice ManagerAlison has been a dental nurse for 34 years and has attained her QDN dental nurse qualification. She has been working at PDHP since 2000 and is now Practice Manager. Alison has a wealth of experience and has been involved in visiting schools to assist with giving oral health education. Alison keeps up with the latest dental guidelines and has attended courses, which include:- communication, law and ethics and cross infection. |

Mrs Mary Worsley - Head ReceptionistMary moved from Bradford to live in Pickering 18 years ago. After working for the Practice for 16 years, Mary is now Head Receptionist and has completed various courses including reception, communication skills, deaf awareness and sign language. Mary is our first aider, along with Dr Greenstreet. |

Continuing Education
We consider on-going training is essential, to ensure that we are kept up to date with current guidelines and to improve the quality of service which we deliver.
All members of our dental team attend many courses to keep up to date with training.
All our nurses are either fully qualified and hold a certificate in dental nursing or training.
Two of our nurses are oral health educators, which enables them to provide preventative care on oral hygiene to our patients.
We take pride in our continual training programme and are always looking for ways to improve our performance.
