ReceptionPayment Policy

Payment is usually requested up-front, or per appointment.  Payment can be made with cash or bank debit cards.  Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques. We will give you a receipt for your payment. 

Complaints

If you feel that you need to raise any matters with the Practice, please contact our Practice Manager - Mrs Alison Beck.  You can either speak confidentially in person or send a letter.
We hope that any misunderstanding or dispute can be resolved swiftly. We have a Practice Complaints Policy, which can viewed on request.
